Visit Historic Lowell for 23rd Annual Riverwalk Festival (July 12-14, 2018) where you and your family can enjoy the Arts and Crafts, Parade, Pet Parade, Riverwalk Cruise-in, Children’s Area, Historic Walking Tours and River Tours, Pontoon Rides, Canoe and Kayak and Kayak Fun, Food Booths, Downtown Merchants Sidewalk Sales and Open House, Health and Fitness Fair Activities, Entertainment, $1500 Duck Race, Rumble the Riverwalk Concert, Horseshoe Tournament, Fireworks and much much more.
