Admission: I am unclear. But I think it's $2 or $5 plus extra for wristbands if you want carnival rides.
Event Details:

Annual three-day community celebration including carnival rides, a craft show, musical concerts, food and one of the largest fireworks displays in this part of the Midwest with fireworks being shot out over the Saginaw River from both Wenona and Vets Park each evening of the festival!

Send your donations to: Bay City Fireworks, P.O. Box 873, Bay City, MI 48707.  Volunteers are always welcome! Sign up via the event website.
