Just a quick note – according to this news item, the Jackson Start of Summer Fireworks Display held at Cascade Falls has been postponed until tomorrow, Sunday May 29, 2011. I apologize that I didn’t get this up sooner, but nobody thought to tell me and I only just found the cancellation notice online. So if you showed up anyway, I’m sorry. But on the bright side, you’ll be able to see them tomorrow.

The Cascades fireworks were cancelled again Sunday and no words has been given about rescheduled, rumors going around they have no intentions of trying again and we will have to wait until Independence day fireworks.
