Event Details:

Music, singing competition and more – many events. The website will be updated as the schedule gets firmed up. The fireworks of course are shot off from three barges on the Detroit River. A word of advice – GET THERE EARLY. It’s a HUGE crowd, and generally a friendly one.  I don’t have information on how to participate in the other events, but this year I will try to at least get a link to it.

 

Update May 9, 2013: Looks like Ford Motor Company is gonna step in and sponsor the Detroit / Windsor fireworks for the next three years! Starting next year we’ll be calling them The Ford Fireworks. Read more about it here.
